In the same time, when people buy bitcoin and ico, its not like there is solid grounding in true future outcome, and more buying on rumors and many pseudo lies and conspiracies as well, so its no surprise to see the market being very sensitive to eumors because deep down its all about hype effects and rumors more than anything else.
