LOL. Exactly! This is how these a$$holes do it. They make you comply by doing something which appears to be reasonable, like "for the environment" or "for your own safety" like f@cking safety belts and helmets.
Until it is perfectly acceptable to be inspected (and getting fined) for any reason. We have to be aware of the beginnings, it's a slippery slope. And we are already sliding down way too fast. Wish I had the guts to act like this guy. We have to stop playing the nice, compliant and reasonable morons who have no problem with being sprayed like bugs by these parasites.
