I don’t know if this will be useful to you:
for 1 part of cement - 2 parts of water.
Freezing takes 2-3 days.
Smaller pots will dry faster, while larger ones will take longer.
It will take a week to dry completely. During this time, you can wet the pot once a day with a damp sponge to darken the final color.
Sometimes the product gets cracked when removed. It is very simple to eliminate such a defect - just cover the crack with fresh mortar.

Thanks alot for this, good point about the mortar keeping it hydrated. That is something I will need to remember to do. Ill need to buy some mortar to try this out. As the cement was too rocky.
