@tobias-g Were you able to get your pack sent? (I want to know because I'm pretty sure the winner doesn't currently own a starter pack and want to see if sending to people without starter packs is possible.)

@rishi556, yes it's possible you can send packs without them having a starter pack if that's the case, at least I was able to send a pack to them. Maybe I should have checked that.. oops haha.
Thats good. I wondered that as I've already run a STEEM MONSTERS giveaway and plan on doing more real soon.
