That is definitely BLACK AND WHITE. Even in two meanings. Excellent composition combining two contrasting buildings in a vertical crop and some diagonal dynamic. Goodie!

That was a real tough choice between 1st and 2nd places... Stunning landscape with vertical repetitive trees doubled by perfect reflection from the water surface. Don't know why, but reminds me winter piano

Back to the past! Nice contrast of in focus vintage car just moving in time near modern ones, parked and blurred. I like that this photo have maybe some more deep meaning than just a street shot...
HONORABLE MENTIONS
Very unusual vertical composition with falling diagonal lines. A lot of dynamic and nice contrast of much brighter white lines
I'm not a big fan of too much digital manipulations, but this particular photo consider is much more artistic in a final version. Digital reflection and a perfect pair locked into square crop
Great example of street photography. Good darker repetitive lines composition well balanced by white silhouette of moving man. Some arch at the background and couple of men sitting there brings some more interest points
