Haha... I can't stand FRESH oysters! It is just like eating snot! I can't say that I have tried dried oysters though... I would have thought that it would be similar!

Nope... Don't... Some cooks in Asia stew the dried oysters to dilute the taste into the soup, congee or stew... I'd like to know how other countries do it...

I have a feeling my mum used to do that in rice congee, I never really noticed... But now that you point out out..
