You are not alone, got the same problem right here. Shadowbot should normally force every 5h an upvote from the account or at 100% VP, but my account upvoted zero posts the last 24h. Can't even see the shadow queue right now.
Activated vote selling at 100% VP at smartsteem to get around that problem right now, I hope the bot will start working soon again.

Indeed still has an issues. After the vote I mentioned, it did not vote for anything else (9 hours passed since that). Although auto claiming of rewards works, and I am also getting votes from others. Confusing. @shadowbot reads this?
