@partitura bring us a awesome intepretation played by the pianist Lauma Skride. "Das Jahr" by the 12 Charakterstücke für Forte-Piano is a piece wrote by Fanny Cäcilie Mendelssohn (1805-1847), sister of Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy (1809-1847), in which the emotional depth of her music is no less than in her brother's music.

I recently came across the art of Emeric Chantier. He creates beautiful, intruiging, for want of a better word: organic art. See for example his version of the famous Rodin piece "Le penseur":
