bacon - hi saturated fats ( i only cook with pork fat or olive oil
nowadays) -

vegetable oils - are the 20th century con - causes inflammation in the body - which then leads to high cholesterol production - in an attempt to reduce the inflammation...

And then big pharma can sell you statin's - (the second biggest drug seller in the world btw).

Rockefellers et. al. - went into big pharma industry a long time ago - just before the time when vegetable fats were pushed as the healthy fats to use.......mmmm

I did some research and wrote an article a while back about this very thing- how REAL butter is fine, it's the margarine that's bad. Cholesterol and heart disease became rampant after vegetable oils showed up...

Oh don't get me started on the Rocker's and Morg's and Roth's n them...

lol, we are on the same page i think.

my low carb diet (off the wagon a little this last month)
pork fat, butter, all full fat cheese, full fat cream.

Makes you feel great, it really does!
And tastes fantastic!
