Thinking about your question and hints you added makes me wonder “what is the right answer?” In my opinion for every single person the answer could be different. Is it “You? Yourself?”, I guess not, since smoking cigarets or eating as much junk food as you possibly can would eventually make you weaker.
I think only love can be as powerful element as it gets. Only love can’t be harmed by all your hints, I would say the exact opposite. Only love can create the powerful and instant healing fire. Only love can create a miracle. With love you can eat junk food or smoke as much cigarettes as you can and still experience love at that moment, love for cigarets lol.
Love can be sooo powerful and heal the way no any other expert or element can. Every time we experience even in a moment of unconditional love, we're in a most powerful element. Love can heal our broken spirit, we can even heal ourselves and with love we eventually become a healer to others.
Than I think about faith. Faith is not a hope or wish for any future outcome. Instead, it's the feeling of assurance that the future is going to be fine, no matter what. When we have faith, we're free to live at peace in the present and free of worry about the future. Faith is a willingness to trust God and the process of life. With faith we may even attract miracles. If we have a faith, it becomes as powerful as it gets. 🤔... Still looking at your hints, faith may not be the correct answer.

I don’t know whether there is somewhere right answer in my comment. Whether it is or not, I’m anxious to find out what it is. It could be something very simple and we may overthink it. Or it could be the opposite.
