For comment contests, I use Excel + Ginabot because often people leave a lot of comments anyway and I have to verify— so I don't bother. For the Resteem one, I use the script (check memo) + ginabot to verify all the times as well. Since gina runs constantly, I can use search in discord quickly to grab the timestamps. Its not really that automatic. It just helps with accuracy to have several tools.
As for the math, I use Excel.
