Sorry but I will have to disagree with you. That would be just simplifying things.
Yes you might say it is a plan of something bigger, but still you have a chance to choose. If we are talking about God from books like Bible and Khuran, then there would be no bad deeds and doings. If God has a plan, why would he let someone rape a child? Makes no sense.
If we are not talking about "book God" than I can agree with you, because it all just is.
