It’s normal for witness to be disabled from time to time for maintenance without missing blocks. You should check when was their last produced block and if it’s way too long then you can make up your mind.

dpoll.witness is never retired or deactivated since it’s launch. It must be a calculation error. @quochuy can you please update your post?
