I see bad behavior by Dolphins and Whales as WAY more to blame for any problems on steem than people that buy votes, spam, etc.
She upvotes something that she thinks is worthless but that's fine?
Maybe if Dolphins and Whales woke up then they'd get a handle on the platform again.
