Resteeming is a very important aspect of the contest, sometime i see great post but the rules were not adhered to so i choose other post that are not as great.
That is a difficult aspect to deal with when running a contest. When an individual has terrific content but missed a stated guideline, those that double checked the stipulations are bumped to the front of the line. It's one of the ways to ensure a fair field for all. Still, not being able to choose your favorite is tough and I don't envy you for having to make such a decision.
