This short video briefly explains some of the contests that I run on Steemit. I typically run 2 types of contests, puzzle contests and meme contests. The puzzle contests normally contain 4 puzzles. The participants are required to find the answers to all four puzzles. The first participant to do so, wins the prize money, typically 5 SBD.

The meme contests normally contain 4 photographs. The participants are required to select a photograph and insert text turning the photograph into a funny meme. The participant is then requires to post the meme in the comments section of the post. All memes are then put in another post about a week later, this is when the Steemians will judge which meme is the best. The winner will receive the prize money, typically 5 SBD.

I am currently running a meme contest and I will have another puzzle contest up and running in a few days. If you are interested in solving puzzles and creating funny memes, I invite you to go over to my page and follow me so that you do not miss out on these contests.
Below is the link to my current meme contest.

🖖Yo. Stumbled upon your account accidentally. Wanted to say that it's really cool you create these puzzles and engage community with it.
As new to Steemit I though people just write blog posts about themselves here and that's it. You prove me different 👌👊
For puzzle contest, you are selecting one winner who give the answer first. But what for others who solve the puzzle. I agree that you upvote all comments is really nice.
What i think you should split the money in 3 winners, so that more steemian can win like 3+1+1=5 SBD (First three entry). But it all depends on you, this is only what i think.
Looking forward to your next puzzle.
The second one can just copy the first one. That wouldnt be cool.
How can he know, it is correct without knowing the actual answer. It means he solved the puzzle. Otherwise he is just copy and paste any answer from comments.
Its easier to tell if an answer is correct or not than finding the actual answer yourself. Especially if there is already an explanaition included in the answer.
There can only be one winner in the current format of the contest. People who have entered a few of my contests know which people normally get the answers correct and will copy.
If you don't want to understand, what I want to say, No problem at all. I understand what you want to say.
So why the first prize is 3 times the second and third prize. You can see the last contest comments, you know that after correct answer is given so many wrong answer is posted there. And wrong answer is more than 5-6 times the correct answer is given. So matter correct answer is given or not, who knows this is correct. So most of comments post wrong answer.
Finally, It is up to author of the post, what to do and not to do. Why we are discusses more? He will take the decision. Let him take the decision. I am only give my suggestion, Not compulsory to follow that.
I am agree with all conditions. I don't want more discussion, i take back my suggestion.
Thanks You. Be Happy.
I´ll try to do that.
You are welcome
Hi @mllg

That's great. I hope you enjoy.
Given how hellish your puzzles can be, these meme contests are a perfect way to unwind 😁
Nice one.
I want to help people exercise different parts of their brain.
Your contests heteb are, amazing I intend to win in the future, the blockchain, Is certainly blessed to have users like you.
Thank you so much.
I want to join this contest
Go for it. The link is in the post.
Hey spectrumecons, can you anounce the time of the puzzle contest, because it's always unpleasant when you join in and the solutions are already found. I just found you and I like your contests:)
Thanks
I will have another puzzle contest up in a few hours time. So keep your eyes open.
Clever
hello @spectrumecons , i had many times participated in your content but actually never got selected my bad but you are really putting hard question in puzzle. and your other meme contest is simple and i like it.
The puzzle questions are intended to be reasonably hard so that I don't get a winner the moment the post goes up. I want people to spend some time thinking about these puzzles. Question 1 is normally quite easy and Question 4 is normally the hardest.
The meme contests require more creativity than logic. I think people with right brain skills tend to perform better in this area.
If you struggle with the puzzles you can go back and take a look at previous weeks answers. They may help you with the current week's questions.
