Just wanted to clear the air, I made a haiku (spent time on it)as an extension of the winning one as a mark of gratitude, but having read that I can see how it could be perceived in bad taste by someone who doesn't know me. I'm truly thankful to you for running a contest, I know it's difficult, having run 2 on my own.

Yes, running a contest is not easy at all, I also judge officially for the Steemit Open Mic Contest hosted by @luzcypher and we go through nearly 500 entries, and @luzcypher does a great amount of work to have reached his 70th week of hosting, I don't know how he manages, but it is worth every moment because giving back is a great thing for our community. Glad to know you understand, and thanks again for your thanks. Much appreciated. I too have a sense of humour don't worry.
