What is the Deadpost Intitiative?
The Deadpost Initiative is an attempt to give love to some posts that were overlooked during their short 7 day life span, a chance to bring your old posts back to life and maybe make some friends in the process. The goal is not only to share some love with SBD but also by engagement to generate discussion.
What is this post?
This post is just an effort to raise awareness of the deadpost initiative because I'd like to keep the prize pool at $10 Steem/SBD a week and it doesn't seem will reach that this week. We usually have a great turnout from minnows, but we need some larger accounts to support the project to keep it sustainable.
I believe this is one of the most meaningful contests on steemit, otherwise I wouldn't bother with it. We should be trending at week 19, but, you know how it is.
I fully support the deadpost initiative. How short are you this week?
The post needs to hit about $20 in the payout display in order for me to not have to put in my own money. Sometimes we get sndbox support from friends nominations and sometimes we get a dolphin or two but half the time we come up short.
