These contests will be coming at you regularly, and are easy to enter for everybody. This particular one celebrates the unveiling of the new interface for Team selection, as I mentioned in this post.
As you can see from the screenshots, one of the nice new features of the new interface will be the ability to name your Teams! This contest is very simple. All that you have to do is come up with a name for your best SteemMonsters Team! It can be as creative as you like, but as the judge of this contest, I'll be looking for originality, humour, and some kind of link to the lore of the Splinterlands, or to the names of the cards themselves, or to the Steem blockchain in general.

- To enter this contest, simply post a reply to this post, with a name for any #SteemMonsters Team.
- All entries must be unique, so do not copy anybody else's entry.

- Entries for this contest ๐บ๐๐๐ be received within 7 days precisely of the post timestamp on the Steem blockchain. Entries received after that time ๐บ๐ฎ๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐ be eligible for prizes, at the judge's discretion.
- All things being equal, prizes should be sent out to the prizewinnders within 2 days of the closing of entries. See also the โ Cancellation Policy below.

The rules for all contests run by #ContestKings ๐ฆ guild members are always kept as simple as possible, so that everybody has an equal chance of entering and winning our contests. - Contests run by #ContestKings ๐ฆ guild members should always have guaranteed prizes, and are not dependent on post payout or levels of activity on the contest post. This contest ๐๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ except for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events, such as outages of the Steem blockchain. "Beast Blitz" would be an aggro team name. High speed, high damage would be an ideal build.
Ooh, I like it! I used to be in a Travian guild called "Blitz", several years ago. The thing with Travian back then is that you really needed to be online almost 24x7 to really get ahead in the game. I'm sure that #SteemMonsters won't suffer from that malady.
Nomad Fighters
Yes, I like the double entendreย of this one. On the one hand it speaks of a Team that wanders around the Splinterlands, with no fixed home. On the other hand, well, there are "no mad fighters"ย on the Team, haha. Well done! The contest isn't over yet, but this one has a great chance of winning too.

I call my first Earth Team - Revenge of Mother Nature! Because my Girlfriend convinced me to go with the EarthTeam and she is very close to Nature.

Although, I can imagine vines shooting out of those hands to ensnare opponents, for her Monsters to take out easily! The average Joe's
Hehe, if your Team, from your current Collection is just "average", then I'd hate to think what mine is right now. ๐ I'd have to call my Team the "Substandard Joes" then, with only a Collection that is roughly half of yours. I see that you haven't done much leveling up yet. Are you holding out for the battles to begin?
To be honest I never even started to think what monsters I am going to use and I still don't 100 % understand the game as I never played anything like this before. I am taking a learn as I go method. If I can get the two dragons I am missing I plan on using a dragon team.
I know we can't combine Alpha and Beta cards ( which is good ) but can we make a team that is mixed with Alpha and beta cards ?
From what I understand, yes, a Team can consist of both
lpha and 
eta Monsters at once, but not of the same Monster. I did discuss this on the SM Discord today with one of the lead developers, and he liked my suggestion of temporarily combining 
lpha and 
eta Monsters for the duration of a single battle or tournament, so hopefully that might get implemented in the future.
