for me, it's closer to 1 in 7 draws for someone to win something.
The current players are getting tickets for free. When the lotto reward pool is big enough, hopefully, there would be an incentive for others to buy a few tickets. If the Jackpot was like 3-5k HIVE in 1 year's time by adding more than 100 HIVE each week from defi rewards, people might pay or set up a recurring payment to take a chance at winning.
