- most automation has been completed, so enrollment transactions are typically processed within 2.4 hrs. The first upvote should come on the next post after enrollment is processed, though sometimes it's delivered on a previous post that is less than one day old. Subsequent upvotes may take a lot longer as members with only 1 unit accrue upvote value very slowly.
- Accurate. This does relate to the slow earn rate on low subscription levels. When STEEM prices rise again, the rshares minimum will start to fall (since fewer rshares are needed to add up to $0.011) and members will indeed see more consistent upvotes (or larger upvotes if the subscription level is high enough to get upvotes on every post already.
- Accurate, though rare.
