I just learned how to make this cake, it's good, but it sounds strange, so I'll give it a try.

Step 2: Mix sugar and vanilla essence with flour
You continue to add sugar and mix well. Note that after adding the sugar, mix well with the flour, our dough will be liquid and flowing.

Continue to add about 1 tsp vanilla essence into the large bowl mixed with sugar in step 2. Mix well and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
Step 3: Fry the ear cake
You put the pan on the stove, then put the oil in the pan, turn on the stove and heat until the oil is very hot and old with the medium heat, then use a ladle to scoop a sufficient amount of flour into the pan.

You make these tai oat cakes until golden on one side, then start flipping the cake and continue to fry the other side until golden. When we see that the cake is cooked evenly, the middle part of the cake is puffy, the edge of the cake is crispy, the intestine is almost like a beef cake, then our bird's nest is satisfactory.
