Chili paste

Dry chilly 1 kg
Garlic 250 g (mince)
Red onion 250 g (mince)
Ginger 125 g (mince)
Salary part (mince)
Sugar
Blachan (grind prawn heads past) 250 g
Salt
Ajinamoto(mono sodium glutamate )
Well used oil
Vinegar
Red coloring

  1. Get the mince ginger ,garlic, red onion and salary and deep fry in the used oil for few minutes
  2. Add the dry chilly and diluted blachan
  3. Cook in low heat for few minutes while it cooking add little vinegar, MSD, salt, sugar and red coloring .keep it with oil.

There is a lot of things used to make chillies. Like ginger and garlic and red onions are a very good method.

Try king chili. That will be really great and it's the king of all chili. Let me know if you ever tried king chili .
