Wow! I am amazed by the creativity and passion that is shining through here. This looks stunning, and I am sure it tastes even better. In the Ambrosiacafe, we are always looking for fun ways to tweak recipes, and this is really outstanding. Not to mention, the patience you must have to create such a dish (both the tofu and tomatoraisins.. damn!). Thank you for a great splash of inspiration!! :D
