howdy from Texas atmemestable! wow this was one big educational tutorial! lol. several new things for me too, I've never seen chickens and strawberrys in the same dish and I've never heard of "tomato raisins" until today..well also I didn't know people were still cooking with tofu very much either so the entire dish is eye-opening! lol.
That's a great thing though and with the great photos and instructions it's quite amazing so thank you..and will you be doing more posts of unique recipes like this or was this just for the contest?
