Oh, those photos look beautiful and all those veggies made me super hungry! The risotto looks to flavorful and a delight to eat.

We forgive you this time for not doing the step-by-step pictorial in favor of taking care of your risotto (kidding =D). But seriously, incorporating the sweet potato purée was a wonderful idea. Imagine the flavors and texture it brought to the dish!
