Ah @foodforsoul - you take the most amazing photographs - well done and this recipe looks equally amazing - I'm also such a firm lover of salted caramel - and pistachio nuts are also my favourite snack. Wow - what a tasty flavour this must be pistachio and coconut

Thank you @pandamama. The black background is really helpful to increase the impact of all the colours within the ice cream. In some ways we also eat with our eyes so I thought I would try and make the best of this opportunity. And the fact I took the pictures early in the morning did help a lot with the quality. Pistachio is definitely my new preferred flavour.
