Hi ! There's a lot of debate about those risks but realistically nonexistent for now. The paper is theoretical, not about actual hardware that could exist in the near future.
I'm not saying we don't need to tackle it, but it's a very low priority at the moment, we will watch what is done in the space research-wise and if the threat becomes somewhat credible we will shift priorities.
