Hi ! I appreciate the feedback and the work you guys are doing. I have expanded the scope of my proposal and it now includes a substantial HBD payment rails infrastructure work you might find interesting.
On spending: we'd gently disagree with framing it as speed vs. cost. We need both.
I agree this is also why I reduced my proposal funding from one year to the other :)
