Hey, don't sweat it. It's ok to be taking a step back from everything. If you are feeling like you are unable to do something, perhaps your body is telling you that you can't. Listen to what the body, mind and spirit needs and dont feel bad about it. This is your life you are living, not anyone else's.

Once you feel like you can do something, start with something you enjoy or start a new hobby. I find that makes me in the mood to start my day in a good way with being happy and a bit more motivated to do something. Remember if it's only one thing, feel accomplished that you got that one thing done! Don't kick yourself in the butt for the things that you didn't do. One step at a time and you'll get back to it in a good way rather than feeling everything is forceful.
