I use masks. Actually cloth mask and put 2 layers of filters But I'd like to emphasize these:
- DO NOT USE MASK WITHOUT HANDWASHING AND AIR DRYING AFTER WEARING THEM.
- DO NOT WEAR THEM WET.
- DO NOT WEAR THEM MORE THAN 4 HOURS STRAIGHT.
- CHANGE THEM IF YOU HAVE A SPARE.
- DO NOT WEAR A MASK WHEN ALONE OR AT HOME.
- DO PRACTICE MINDFUL BREATHING WITHOUT THE MASK.
- DO MINDFUL BREATHING MEDITATION AT NIGHT BEFORE YOU SLEEP. YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM NEEDS TO GET RE-INVIGORATED.
Have fun with all of that. I prefer to keep my ability to say no.
