Friday's Session

The picture above is how it all started, a couple of resistance bands, a set of dumbells and a notebook and pen. Today I did the same workout as yesterday but after doing the second set my watch went off, one thing I did do differently today was the speed. I went faster than yesterday and with only 2 sets in (sets of 10 exercises), I burned more calories than yesterday so I'm happy with that. Happy weekend to all, stay safe. I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 0hh:18mm:53ss !
