Peas Rice Ingredients

Boiled Rice----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 Cup
Boiled Peas----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 Cup
Whole Black Pepper----------------------------------------------------------------------------1 tsp
Cloves -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 tsp
Cumin Seeds--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 tsp
Salt ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 Tbsp
Sugar-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 tsp
Oil ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1/2 Cup

Method

• Boiled the peas adding sugar and salt
• Put oil in a pan add black pepper, cumin seeds, and cloves and Fry them.
• add boiled rice and boiled peas, mix them and add salt
• Put them on dum for ten minutes
