We all know perseverance is a great virtue, we've been taught that and most of us know it's true. You can't achieve much of anything in life if you don't persevere. I read somewhere that it can be a curse.... But do you believe that it can be a curse?
For instance, you want to get to Lagos and you decide to take a road that leads to Abuja, in a situation like this, no matter how long you persevere on that road to Abuja, you'll never get to Lagos. In that case, you can say perseverance becomes a curse.
What I'm trying to say is, if you want to reap the benefits of perseverance, then you must discover the right path and stay on it. If you stay on the wrong path, persevere all you want, you'll end up working your ass off for no reason, you won't get your desired results.
You have to apply this to all areas of your life, there are proven ways to improve financially, mentally, physically etc and if you are persevering in those ways, you'll surely get what you want.
In all you do, also learn the importance of leverage, it's one of the most important steps to anything.
