Like the snippets approach. Couldn't put myself to down voting your self-up-votes ;-) Maybe consider not doing that, so people don't get tempted to zero out your rewards (or worse) with a down-vote.
Oh, something else, it might be convenient to add a next link to each previous post and maybe a little TOC so-far or a part one link.
