Hello everyone I am so excited to be here, and I will like to say happy Sunday to all hiver's here. Today I am going to talk about cooking. Cooking is a very good thing people all over the world cook for different reasons. some cook in other not to stave while some cook for ceremonies. In this contest I will show you people how I cook one of our Africa delicious meal know as (Oha soup) this particular type of soup is known in the Eastern part of Nigeria. People that cherish and cook this meal all the time are known as the (Igbo's) this soup is so delicious in the sense that every family love to cook it in there various home while some other part of Igbo's love to cook it during ceremonies like ( traditional marriage, wedding and new yam festivals ) .

Welcome to my kitchen
Here I will show you people how I prepare my (Oha soup) I will show you the ingredients and the procedures used in cooking it.

Ingredients:
Oha leaf
Cocoyam
Stock fish
Meat
Pepper
Crayfish
Uzuza leaf
Maggi seasoning cub
Salt
Red oil
Ogiri local seasoning

Procedures:
First I wash the meat add some seasoning and cook for 30 minute. I wash my cocoyam and cook for 30 minute once it's done I will pill the back and pound on a moulter after that I wash my stock fish with hot water in a separate bowl , then pound my pepper and crayfish together , then cut and wash the Oha leaf and uzuza leaf together once everything is ready and set,
I will add all the ingredients at the same time. I add ogiri to the cooked meat, add pounded cocoyam, add red oil, add the pounded crayfish and pepper, add stock fish and all the seasonings to make it testy then cover it to cook for 30 minute once it's done I add the Oha and uzuza leaf allow it to cook again for 5 minute wow!! My delicious meal is ready. And you can eat this soup with any swallow of your choice.
