The crypto space is no longer healthy for the investors, many projects has failed them and their investment has vanish without recovery. The whole thing looks like crypto ecosystem is now the home of scammers. The ICO open the eyes of many people on how to invest in a project with assurance of making profits at the end. I remember me and my friends do team up to invest in a project during the ICO days. Notwithstanding, scammers surface and almost took the entire space and many of them lure away investor's fund. After so much scammy incident that surrounds ICO, a new system of fundraising was device, it was called IEO. The IEO take over the space, initially, it was moving fine until scammer enters again. Scammers can quickly build an exchange and host different IEO there; example is VINDAX Exchange. It is a scam Exchange that normally host different IEO at a time and all of the sudden, they close down their Exchange and ran away with investors fund.
I believe majority investors are fed up with what is going on in the crypto market, it seems there is no more incredible way to make an invest again. Remember the investors are not the only one feeling the heat, rather the genuine people that ought to launch a sound project were feeling the heat too as they could no longer see investors that will fund their project. Everything look battered and scattered, but remember there is always a solution to every problem. Am here to share the solution to all the crypto enthusiasts across the globe.
Initial Model Offering (IMO)
IMO is a new project that device a new means of raising funds for an upcoming project. It is a new system designed to replace ICO and IEO. Since ICO and IEO has faded, a new technique has emerged and it is going to supersede its previous counterpart because it has features which will scrap any form of scam and fraudulent act.
IMO is a new system designed for project owner to raise funds batch by batch unlike the previous system where the project owner get all funding at once from investors. The good things about this idea is that, project owner can not receive the investors fund and run away. This time around, investors will have to monitor the progress of your project and they will determine if they are to support the funding for more.
SIMPLIFY WAYS OF HOW IMO MODEL WORKS
IMO enables a project hosted on their platform to obtain investment in stages through continuous limited private sales. Here, the project owner won't receive the entire fund he needed to develop his project, rather the project will continue to be privately funded with development progress and stage results. This model will make investors never to invest in scam project any longer. The IMO private sale periods are program to take place in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or even longer. In a scenario like this, there won't be a chance for unserious project to dwell in this ecosystem. IMO has also device different measures that will control the private sales at all the involved stages.
Both the host (IMO Exchange) and the investors will be involved in decision making and also to checkmate or observe the development and the progress of the project. If the project is doing well, the funding support will continue, but if there is no improvement or seriousness, both IMO and the investors will back out. This measure will reduce the investor's risk. One of the advantages of hosting your project with IMO is that, they are going to supervise your project, offers encouragement and tips that will make your project successful and yield the investors good returns.
No room for scammers in IMO platform because the team are going to thoroughly screen every project and determine if it stands or not.
