What is Crowdini?
Crowdini is a question and answer game. We ask you to answer one question a day and give you points based on how your answer compares to the majority answer.
We have incorporated Steemit in a new innovative way. Read more about Crowdini and how we have incorporated Steemit in our intro post here.
At the end of the game the top 3 in points split 90% of the prize pool and all other players who voted on every question for that game will split 10% of the prize pool.
It is designed to be something you can do in a few seconds a day but hopefully sparks conversation and thought.

We've created an environment where opinions are treated like facts and facts can be dismissed as fake if they don't match your opinions. Being right doesn't matter, and being first doesn't really even matter either. Being loudest seems to be king.
Didn't think about this good point!

I like truth and honesty. I'm afraid the other answer will win!

No clue.

Unfortunately many people are more concerned with being right than with being correct. What I mean is that they want their viewpoint to be right and others to be wrong, not matter what the facts state. With this comes the need to talk about how right you are and how wrong others are. The first one to come up with something new to prove this point (whether correct or not) wins. And if it ends up not being correct, well the other side is still wrong so it doesn't matter.
Great points!

Hate to admit it but reality dictates first is always a priority over correct. Even going back to school the first person done with a test was always eyed as the smartest. News programs today boast “we were there first.” It’s not right and I totally disagree with it. I’d rather have the right answer/story as opposed to being the first to know.

That’s why they rush news stories out then correct them as they Go.

We are a nation of firsts.

Seems to me, always being first tends to get more attention, just ask the New England Patriots. 🏈

Nowadays it's all about speed, not accuracy.
I answered
Always being first
Sadly in this current world of 24x7 news, it's all about who's first. Doesn't matter if right, wrong, or sideways.
I answered
Always being first
Maybe not for everything, but on Reddit and YouTube the top comments are almost always some of the earliest.
I answered
Always being first
Being correct in today's world is unfortunately not as important as being first.
I answered
Always being first
There is an emphasis on not being correct, unfortunately
