I've not looked a great deal in to why the crypto markets haven't really responded as you'd expect to the banks crashing, but from what I gather, they haven't crashed like they did in 2008, because the mechanism that was put in place to stop the crash is doing what it says on the tin, that being, the fund the banks had to pay in to as a bail out insurance, is working as planned - allegedly. So for this reason, there's not a massive bank run like you might expect.
Correct me if I'm wrong, I've not had much time to look in to it much, but that the impression I'm getting.
