As with any investment, if you're in it for the long term, you will come out ahead. I find it's best not to look at things like my retirement account every day, because it's such an emotional roller coaster. Unless you see a need to cash it out very soon, remember that the only money you have "lost" is just on paper, and patience reaps the rewards.

Im not cosidering it as a loss just yet. Im still holding on it and will wait til. the price goes up.
