In Crypto-News You Can Use: Vol. 1, I outlined the premise of this publication.
In short, Crypto-News You Can Use is a newsletter type publication that brings crypto-news and information to steemians who are not tech savvy.
The point being, if you are a regular reader of crypto-news.net, coindesk.com, cointelegraph.com/, or any such site, then my newsletter may not be for you.
However, if you, like me, are getting your feet wet with STEEM and want to know more about crypto beyond steemit and bitcoin, then this is the place for you!

As far as this topic goes, I can put some more together per request in comments, but for now I will defer to my friend @mctiller who long ago put together this useful gem:

Without this, I would have been forever lost.

As crypto becomes more “mainstream” there will be more “big-businesses” involved meaning quicker advances and more widespread adoption.
This has its advantages and disadvantages.
It may increase value to your crypto-portfolio, but it may come at a cost of decreased private transactions and more tax liability.
“Start-up enterprises identified industries where the Blockchain platform can have effective use because of its decentralized network and distributed ledger technology (DLT). It enables safe transfer and storage of information as well other digital assets.” - SOURCE
Another “blockchain” is the “saviour” of humanity article.
In all honesty, I think the blockchain will have many positive impacts on our future, but it is not the ultimate answer we are looking for.
People are people and will continue to be so, that is unless we merge.
But the hope is still there that this will work out for the greater good!

Losing and gaining value is a part of trading or holding exchangable cryptocurencies.
We love it when it goes up.
We cry when it goes down.
We would do best to get over both and not pay attention to the day to day.
If we need, need, need, the funds, then we should not have them in these types of financial vehicles.
Realistically, if we are not able to lose it all, it should be withdrawn and the future values forgone.
If we are honest and know the risk involved, then any short term losses should be not fretted and gains not celebrated.
Buy low, sell high.
Fools follow trends.

You get the idea… however, I am not always good at them. But that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy a good brain teaser.
