Now that BTC is below 7K, is the perfect time to invest. Not because is just a generic advice any "crypto trader on the internet would say", but because technically supports levels have been reached.
We could see a further decline based on tomorrow SEC / CFTC meetting.
It is very hard to predict the outcome of this meeting, many speculate that some kind of regulation that would allow institutional money to enter the market could be announced. Some other people think they might push the market even lower with some kind of regulation or straight up ban, We have seen in the last few weeks the increase in government involvement (misguided information for media outlet calling every involvement a ban).
In my personal opinion we might see some kind of promise for further regulation, Something similar to South Korea´s intesified exchange regulation for AML.
Even though this might seem like bad news for crypto, I strongly believe crypto markets are soon to see a rebound. We have had a big correction, banks are already starting to get their hands in BTC via lightning. (supposing they haven´t already, or they couldn't just print 400bn, or take a low interest loan for whatever amount).´
How to take advantage of the rebound?
Buy now, or if you are already invested into cryptocurrencies just relax, This is the lowest we might see in a while. If you want to leverage on the next bull run. Lower your exposure into BTC and increase it in other assets (HIGHER RISK INVOLVED). I personally enjoy buying some solid well studied digital assets like VEN,XRP, LUMEN, LTC for example or even EOS, ADA even thought this would represent a higher risk since main nets are not out yet and they have not proven anything at then moment.
In other words I would increase BETA in your potfolio, and start lowering it when you are up, by reducing exposure to alts (buying more BTC), and then eventually taking some profit when the market is high.
Finally we are starting to see a correction in the stock market,I think this iss not the end for the stock market, but I believe we ´ll surely see a meltdown later this year, with a DOW reaching arund 15,000 levels . This is why I recommend getting some gold, (not paper gold) If you are brave enough you could get an ETF like $SDOW or $UVXY, which are short term market shorts leveraged by 3X. But the safe move is not buying into the stock market and getting some real gold and digital gold (BTC).
We have a lot going on, with the weakening dollar, SDR´s (probably on the blockchain), QE tightening. crypto regulations, US tax reform in order to become a tax haven (2nd largets tax haven at the moment), commodity price rising. bond bubble. etc.
The purpose of this article is to let you know that the market is full of opportunities, and we will get more into detail in the future, At the moment the best way to capitalize is crypto at 330bn market cap (short term)
