Let's use our swarm brain and find the best coins for 2018. You can vote for it by commenting and upvoting the comments. Let's try this out, I'm start with my favorites.
I have to admit, my list is boring. Just the typical coins on top of coinmarketcap, except Bitcoin and Ripple:
- Bitcoin Cash (yeah, obviously, meme are on our side, community is healthy, BitPay's coming, great energy, "Welcome Home").
- Monero (great things ahead, like the hardware wallet or bullet proofs)
- Ethereum (very big story in case offchain transactions will be a thing)
- Cardano (Proof of Stake, Sidechains and Smart Contracts seems like a nice idea)
- Ethereum Classic (because it is a good backup in case Ethereum's complicated plans will fail).
What's your favorite coin?
I really like SiaCoin. The idea is a great one, decentralized cloud computing. Anyone with extra space can get paid for it's use. So many coins are just ideas at the moment and this one has actual utility and is already being implemented.
There are so many great projects right now! It is hard to pick a favorite.
