Four days ago, I cried out with many other of the brave holders of Steem to keep the faith and the people who listened and agreed were paid handsomely for that courage. It is at about $1.25 now, from the $1.00 it was at at the time. It was a dip in the market in general and a lot of fear was ruling over the price at the time. Steemit will continue to thrive and grow and steem, in turn, will continue strong and will rise in the long run as well. It doesn't matter who tries to stop crypto; we're here to stay. I recommend holding, empowering yourself, making friends in one of the best communities on the internet (Steemit), and growing your wealth. That said, this is just my opinion and I'm not a financial expert (yet)! I know that I'm here for the long run and I hope that everyone else is too! This is the future and I'm happy to share it with you guys! :)
I have no doubt all will be well. I realize I have no argument to explain why, but I can say this, Steemit platform makes sense, it is clearly the next step for social media and blogging. Eliminating a middleman is what technology is all about. Why pay someone to manage your rewards (salary) when cryptography will do it for peanuts and can be trusted not to start demanding a bigger cut or stealing. Steem On!

I am meeting other Steemit users for coffee ☕️ this Saturday and plan on bringing cash 💰 to buy Steem dollars 💵! Then I will transfer to Steem power ! It will be nice to meet other cryptocurrencies fans in real life!

Good call! I would argue it is probably the BEST long-term hold in the ENTIRE CRYPTO SPACE. So much effort, use, and backing, along with incentive for holders beyond what most coins offer. You're very welcome! and I hope and foresee that it pays off for both of us! :)

Thanks for the info. I don't really know much about cryptocurrencies, but I do see value in STEEMIT as a growing platform. Eventually, I see being able to trade all sorts of goods and services from all over the world. I look forward to participating in it.
