I think that we could either retest some lows and then go higher but only slowly or hit new lows on capitulation. Volumes are important here to be honest.

Some crazy and panicked people are selling all their steem but I'm seeing good one's are holding or buying big. So I think this will happen regularly if the market stay like this.
