If it gets delayed again I would expect the price to go down if it gets pushed this time I am sure there will be a small bump but ETH is a long hold for me right now since POS Casper wont come out till end of 2019. But just with stocks and everything else no one really knows even though everyone tries to predict. You just gotta get all the info you can and make the best choice on your own based on what you feel.
