After Alexander Vinnik been arrested 4 days ago (July 25th) at Greece, BTC-e.com went down (also btc-e.nz) soon after it.
Looks that real owners of BTC-e been warned and ready so 2h after BTC-E posted at twitter (https://twitter.com/btcecom) they re/moved more than 66000 btc at many different addresses to cover tracks!

Yesterday, July 28th, U.S. Department of Justice together with other agencies including FBI seized domain BTC-e.com and probably also their accounts at financial institutions.
