Thank you for the update, @thefed! I read the whole thread. I can't judge who is right, so I'll stay prudent: I won't click any links from that account or follow its instructions until the matter is clear, and I'll keep an eye on new accounts that follow each other just before posting links.
I'm glad you pay attention to this and warn people like me, who could easily fall for it. What should a normal user do when he/she finds a suspicious account: use the Hive Watchers flagging, or is there a better way to report it?

Non posso giudicare chi abbia ragione, quindi resterò prudente: non cliccherò sui link di quell'account né seguirò le sue istruzioni finché la questione non sarà chiara, e terrò d'occhio i nuovi account che si seguono a vicenda poco prima di pubblicare link.
Sono contento che tu faccia attenzione a questo e avvisi persone come me, che potrebbero cadere facilmente nella trappola. Cosa deve fare un utente normale quando trova un account sospetto: usare la segnalazione degli Hive Watchers, oppure c'è un modo migliore per segnalarlo?

@caparadiso I already told you what needs to be done before. The right thing to do is to file a complaint with the domain registrar and get the phishing site shut down. Since thefed doesn't understand these things, he's just leaving comments here to himself. You're a website owner. If you don't want people to get scammed, you should get this kind of site taken down.
@caparadiso @thefed @geneeverett I created the @chainbot account. It will comment on accounts trying to scam people with phishing links and prevent people from falling for them. Maybe it's not a huge step, but this was the best I could do. RC probably won't be enough though.
