Ethereum Blue (BLUE) is looking like an all-star and could make us some money in 2018, so I wanted to get into it as early as learned of it's existence and had a chance to read it's white paper. The only issue with BLUE at the moment is that it's a bit tedious to obtain, so this is how I did my first $20 probe:
Buy $22 Litecoin (LTC) on Coinbase.com
Transfer $20.37 LTC to CoinExchange.io
Buy Ethereum Dark (ETHD) via ETHD/LTC
Sell ETHD for ETH visa ETHD/ETH
Buy BLUE using ETH via BLUE/ETH
Net Result on Dec. 29th, 2017:
27.9 (BLUE) @ $0.4475 = $12.48 Value (-76%)
Currently on Jan. 29th, 2018:
27.9 (BLUE) @ $0.6540 = $18.24 Value (+30%)
I think I'll watch it for now, as that process is too expensive with larger sums to substantiate. However, I will be keeping my ear to the ground for any signal that BLUE is going to be added to Binance or another primary exchange.
BLUE is currently at around the $0.65 with WalletInvestor forecasting a 5-year growth of over 5,000%, so $100 would become more than $5,000+. What's more exciting is that their previous prediction of 50% 2-week growth was exceeded around New Years, before coming down a little one the Chinese New Year.
Based on WalletInvestor's forecast, today my $18.24 worth of BLUE may be worth around $20-$25 in 2-weeks and $33.44 in 3-months. I'll let you all know how accurate the forecast is in a couple more weeks, but as soon as BLUE becomes easier to obtain through primary channel markets, I'll be investing more.
If you haven't already, take the time to do some reading on Ethereum BLUE and learn about it's implications within the crypto space. It's intriguing to say the least.
