It is difficult for many people to establish their individuality because many people see society as a collective rather than as a community. There are some fundamental beliefs that lead to this common understanding. The way people behave, the environment that they live in, the community structures, and other things make it difficult to think differently about how we identify ourselves but we cannot ignore the fact.
In order to live your life primarily focusing on fulfilling your given purpose, you should first decide what defines you on a broader level. In other words, figure out who you are and focus more on those qualities rather than what society imposes upon us. Of course, there is no perfect guide but following said suggestions will always result in greater satisfaction for yourself and the creation of opportunities that would have been too hard with company-creed or community.
Overcoming challenges is essential to building and growing one’s overall life. We live our lives through responsibilities, expectations, and barriers that create blocks that can be difficult to overcome.
Once a person is able to break free of the constraints given by these obligations, obstacles, and boundaries then their possibilities for happiness and fulfillment start to grow exponentially.

Experiment and learn more about diverse things. Nothing can bring confidence back quicker than taking action and making mistakes with what we already know and experience. By doing this in your life you are able to create familiarity which will increase the chances of success in your next venture. "As long as we never stop imitating potential, communicating with complete strangers, and negotiating the unknown, we will never stop moving forward." Saying this out loud does not create a sense of familiarity which is why it could be beneficial to print this and stick it on your wall or over your desk in order to remind yourself when to approach others.
